CH³ Privacy Policy

When you submit our Contact or Find a Program form, we collect your name, the email address and/or telephone number you provide, your inquiry type, your optional program interest, and any message you choose to include. At least one contact method—email or phone—is required so we can respond. There is no location field and no marketing sign-up.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website—such as health conditions, diagnoses, medications, or medical history—and we ask that you not include that kind of information in your message.

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• connect you with the right CH³ program or next step;
• administer community, school, partnership, volunteer, and donor relationships;
• maintain appropriate organizational records;
• protect, troubleshoot, and secure the form and website; and
• meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not send you marketing or general updates without your separate consent.

When you submit the form, a copy is stored in the website’s Lovable Cloud backend. Submissions are not displayed publicly. Access is currently limited to the authorized CH³ project owner and service providers operating the website.

Automated form-notification and visitor-confirmation emails are not currently enabled. The website must not say or imply that an email was sent. This policy will be updated before launch if verified email delivery changes how submissions are processed.

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless they are still needed for an active relationship, required recordkeeping, or a legal obligation.

You may ask to access or delete your information by emailing aloha@communityh3.org. We aim to respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information.

When we honor a deletion request, we remove CH³-controlled active copies from the website database, the CH³ inbox, and any working exports, unless retention is legally required. Lovable’s routine database backups may retain a residual copy temporarily until the normal backup cycle expires.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you choose to donate, our “Support the Work” button takes you to Zeffy, our third-party donation platform, which uses Stripe to process payments.

Your payment-card details are entered and processed off-site by Zeffy and Stripe under their own privacy policies. CH³ does not receive or store your complete card credentials through this website.

Through our Zeffy account, CH³ may receive your donor contact information, donation amount, and transaction records to acknowledge your gift and maintain appropriate records.

Our website is built and hosted on Lovable and Lovable Cloud. Our Events page embeds a Google Calendar. Donations are handled by Zeffy and Stripe. Email sent directly to aloha@communityh3.org is received through CH³’s Google Workspace account.

These providers may process ordinary technical information, such as basic cookies and standard server logs, needed to deliver, secure, and operate their services under their own privacy policies.

If transactional form emails are enabled before launch, the verified provider must be identified accurately in this section before the effective date is added.

CH³ does not enable Lovable’s built-in visitor analytics and does not add another website analytics tool, advertising pixel, ad network, or cross-site tracking technology in version 1.

Third-party and embedded services may process ordinary technical information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

Our website forms are intended to be completed by adults. A parent or legal guardian may submit an inquiry on behalf of a young person (keiki). We do not ask children to submit their information directly.
